Mr. Harry Cohen presented a Bill to provide entitlement to compensation, in certain circumstances, to an individual who suffers damage by reason of the unreliability or lack of security of a computer, program or data; and to extend the application of the Data Protection Act 1984: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time on Friday 20 July and to be printed.
