This 23 per cent. fall in fatalities has been achieved despite an increase of 68 per cent. in total traffic.

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list the number of (a) fatal accidents, (b) serious accidents and (c) other accidents on the A36 between Wylye and Plaitford in each of the past five years.
