To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what instructions he has given to King and Company, chartered surveyors, to sell his interest in the land and buildings occupied by the skill centre at Western avenue, Cardiff; and if he will make a statement.

King and Company has been instructed to market the Government's remaining skill centre property interests—which includes the freehold site at Western avenue, Cardiff—and to recommend to the Secretary of State which offer or offers to accept. As an aid to marketing the properties, King and Company has also been instructed to advise as appropriate on planning consents, dilapidations and other property matters.
