To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security whether students who will remain entitled to housing benefit and non-student partners in receipt of housing benefit will receive a £10 disregard for income from top-up loans.

Yes. The disregard, which will be subject to the overriding disregard of £10 on all income other than earnings, will apply for as long as the loan recipient remains a student.
