To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many applications for review were received during the period (a) April 1988 to March 1989 and (b) April 1989 to March 1990 in respect of (i) community care grants, (ii) budgeting loans and (iii) crisis loans by each of the local offices in Leeds; and how many of these applications for review resulted in revised decisions.

The table shows the number of applications for review received by the Department's offices in Leeds and the number of revised decisions subsequently made by the social fund officers, senior officers and the social fund inspectors.
