To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the current situation regarding rights of common at Greenham and Crookham commons.

An application has recently been made for a judicial review of the decision to extinguish the rights of common over our land at Greenham and Crookham commons. In the circumstances, we do not intend to proceed with the extinguishment process until the outcome of this application, and any subsequent judicial review, is known.
