To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for an interim report from the Metropolitan Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis on the investigation operation Carnaby, outlining its terms of reference, manpower utilisation, and budget; and if he will make a statement.

Operation Carnaby is a criminal investigation by the Metropolitan police. I have no plans to ask the Commissioner for a report on that investigation.
