To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what matters he plans to raise at the next meeting of the United Nations General Assembly.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs addressed the United Nations General Assembly on 26 September 1990, and urged the organisation to redouble its efforts to uphold the rule of law in international relations, with special reference to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.
