Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I are publishing tomorrow our proposals for attainment targets and programmes of study for modern foreign languages in the national curriculum. Our proposals are based on the recommendations of the working group for modern foreign languages, and will be published with the group's final report. Copies of the published document will be placed in the Library.
