Community Charges (Substitute Setting)
Mr. Secretary Patten, supported by Mr. Secretary Rifkind, Mr. Secretary Parkinson, Mr. Secretary Hunt, Mr. Michael Portillo and Mr. Robert Key, presented a Bill to amend the law about setting substitute personal community charges under section 35 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow.
