Declaration Of War (Requirement For Parliamentary Approval)

Bennett, Mr. Bob Clay, Mr. Jeremy Corbyn, Mr. Bernie Grant, Mr. Ken Livingstone, Mr. Max Madden, Mrs. Alice Mahon, Ms. Dawn Primarolo and Mr. Dennis Skinner, presented a Bill to ensure that war cannot be declared on troops committed or kept abroad by Her Majesty's Government without the approval of the House of Commons: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 18 January and to be printed.
