To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he intended to make further significant aid available to Poland during 1991.

We shall continue to help Poland from the know-how fund for eastern Europe. I expect that the level of expenditure in 1991–92 will be similar to that in 1990–91—about £10 million.
