Mr. Wilson
To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security in how many cases each year, including the current year to the latest convenient date, since the social fund was introduced, the Social Fund Commissioner has referred appeals back to the local offices in Scotland; and in how many such cases the local office has then (a) approved and (b) refused payment.
