To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what guidelines he has issued regarding the payment of care allowance for those already entitled to the married woman's share of her husband's invalidity benefit.

Regulations govern both the award of invalid care allowance and invalidity benefit as well as the treatment of overlapping benefits.
