To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement on the latest Fisheries Council.

At the December Council of Fisheries Ministers, overall the United Kingdom secured a good package consistent with conservation of the stocks and which should benefit catchers, processors and consumers.
