Queen's Recommendation having been signed—

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Ports Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of the provisions of the Act.—[Mr. McLoughlin.]
