To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will bring forward proposals to specify funding from revenue support grant to local authorities for education and support of ethnic minorities; and if he will make a statement.

The Government have no plans to introduce such a specific grant scheme in Scotland. Local authority spending in this area is supported by RSG.
