To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the territorial reserve forces.

I refer my hon. Friend to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence in the House on 23 July, and the accompanying White Paper entitled, "Britain's Army for the 90s" (Cm. 1595).
