With the leave of the House, I shall put together the Questions on the four motions relating to statutory instruments.

That the draft Magistrates' Courts (Remands in Custody) Order 1991 be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.
That the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 12) Order 1991 (S.I., 1991, No. 2077) be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.
That the draft Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1991 be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.
