To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he last visited the Royal Liverpool Children's hospital, Alder Hey; whom he met; and what subjects were discussed.

I visited the Royal Liverpool children's hospital, Alder Hey, on 21 June this year. During my visit I saw the recently upgraded oncology and haematology ward and the paediatric intensive care unit and had the opportunity to meet many senior clinicians and members of the nursing staff, patients and parents to discuss the various methods of care and treatment.
