To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what consideration he has given to the report "Blind and Partially Sighted Adults in Britain—The RNIB Needs Survey"; what action he will be taking in relation to its findings; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security when he will be meeting the organisations of and for blind people to respond to the findings of the report "Blind and Partially Sighted Adults in Britain—The RNIB Needs Survey".

I have written to the Director General of the RNIB, accepting his invitation to meet to discuss the report. A date has yet to be arranged.
