To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will list the circulars issued by his Department since 1 January 1991 (a) to local authorities and (b) to other organisations or individuals.

Housing benefit and community charge benefit circulars issued by the Department to local authorities are available in the Library. The other information requested could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
