To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what studies he has made of the report on fuel poverty published on 15 November by Neighbourhood Energy Action, entitled "Ten Years Cold"; what is his assessment of the accuracy of its figures; how he intends to respond to its recommendations for action; and if he will make a statement.

I shall be giving careful consideration to the reports recommendations.
