To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will convene a conference at shire hall, Mold, of Clwyd county councillors, Alyn and Deeside councillors, town and community councils of Deeside, employers and trades unionists to discuss plans for a third Dee crossing.

No. A meeting has been arranged in London on 28 January to discuss the third Dee crossing with the hon. Member and a delegation from the Alyn and Deeside district council.
