"Sport At Home And Abroad"

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what was the nature and scale of the assistance given by Highlands and Islands Enterprise to the publication "Sport at Home and Abroad, 1992 Season"; and if the recipients of such assistance will be required to repay all or part of the assistance if the project is commercially successful;

(2) what are the benefits he expects to accrue for the people and the economy of the highlands and islands from Highlands and Islands Enterprise's assistance to the publication of "Sport at Home and Abroad, 1992 Season"; and how such assistance contributes to Highlands and Islands Enterprise's strategic objectives for the highlands and islands;

(3) how he expects assistance given by Highlands and Islands Enterprise to the publication "Sport at Home and Abroad, 1992 Season" to contribute to the economic development of the highlands and islands.
