To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what has been the increase in staff working in the headquarters of the Eastern health and social services board since April 1989.

Between 1 January 1989, the nearest date to April 1989 for which figures are available, and I January 1992 the number of staff employed in the headquarters of the Eastern health and social services board fell from the equivalent of 428.24 full-time workers to 352.12, a decrease of 76ยท12.
