To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he last met his counterparts in Russia and Ukraine to discuss relations with western countries.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs met the Russian Foreign Minister, Mr. Kozyrev, in New York on 31 January and in Moscow on 20 January. He last met Mr. Zlenko, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, on 19 January in Kiev. A wide range of subjects, including relations with western countries, was covered at each of these meetings.
