To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will meet the United States Secretary of State, Mr. Baker, to discuss mechanisms for co-operation between the developed countries in international matters.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs is often in touch with Secretary Baker and hopes to meet him again at the CSCE review conference in Helsinki on 24 March.
