To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 2 March, Official Report, column 34, if he will specify the month in which Mr. Rod Richards commenced employment and the month in which he ceased employment as his political adviser.

Mr. Richards was employed as my special adviser between 5 November and 14 December 1990.
