Leases (Confidentiality Clauses)

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will introduce legislation to make it illegal to include confidentiality clauses in leases; and what consideration is being given by the Director General of Fair Trading as to whether such clauses are regarded as being anti-competitive.
