Members' Transport Allowances

To ask the Lord President of the Council what was the total amount spent on rail transport and car allowance, respectively, for right hon. and hon. Members in the last financial year.

The expenditure from the House of Commons: Members' salaries etc. vote for rail travel and motor mileage allowance for hon. Members in 1991–92 was as follows:
