To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when a request was first made to his Department by the solicitor acting on behalf of Dragon Advertising for a meeting with his Department's solicitor concerning the alleged failure of the Welsh Office to pay a sum owing to Dragon Advertising; at what date his Department Office agreed in principle to such a meeting; when it is expected to take place; and if he will make a statement.

In December 1991, a letter was received from Dragon Advertising's solicitors requesting a discussion, to which the Department agreed in principle, subject to the production of further information by Dragon Advertising. In March 1992, the solicitors representing Dragon Advertising requested a meeting. As a result, correspondence then ensued between the legal group and the solicitors representing Dragon Advertising and a meeting has now been arranged to discuss the matter on Friday 26 June 1992.
