To ask the Secretary of State for Health what discussions she has had with Guy's hospital trust on behalf of Hayley Slennett and her parents; and if she will make a statement.

None. Hayley Slennett's treatment was the responsibility of Guy's Hospital Trust, and the doctors concerned.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what was the total bill paid by the Slennett family for treatment to Hayley Slennett at Guy's hospital trust; and how much of it will be received by the national health service.

The terms on which Hayley's treatment was carried out is a matter between Hayley's parents and Guy's hospital. Any private patient income received by the hospital is retained locally.
