To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what recent discussions she has had on the implementation of the Offshore Safety (Protection Against Victimisation) Act 1992.

This Act became law on 16 March. It is for individuals who believe that their rights under the Act have been infringed to seek redress by making a complaint to an industrial tribunal.
