To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will arrange to place in the Library copies of the recent guidance issued by his Department relating to the Immigration Act 1971; what is the main subject of this guidance; and if he will make a statement.

My right hon. and learned Friend has not passed internal guidance to staff to the president of the immigration appeal tribunal and has no plans to publish such guidance.
