To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what arrangements have been made to pay any interest accrued where it is established through the integrated administration and control scheme that the applicant has been underpaid, erroneously, under any of the various CAP regimes established by the 1992 CAP reforms.

Cases involving erroneous underpayments would be dealt with on their merits, within the rules of Government accounting.
