To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how many houses/dwellings are there in each council tax band in the Chelmsford parliamentary constituency; and how many people in each council tax band qualify for the 25 per cent. single person's discount.

Information for Chelmsford parliamentary constituency is not available. However, comparable information for the area of Chelmsford district council is available, as follows:
