To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will now make it her policy to collect information about the current waiting time for cataract operations at the Hull royal infirmary.

No. Information on waiting times for ophthalmology treatment, which includes cataract operations, in district health authorities and national health service trusts is available routinely in "Hospital Waiting List Statistics: England", the latest edition of which is available in the Library.
