To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will make a statement on the operation of the corporate affairs intelligence unit within the NHS Management Executive with reference to its reporting mechanism and structure, its staffing structure, the number of staff employed by the unit and its budget for 1991–92, 1992–93 and 1993–94.
