To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to his answer of 11 February to the hon. Member for Ayr, Official Report, columns 785–86, what plans he has for the development of childrens' hospices to serve areas of Scotland remote from the hospice proposed by the Children's Hospice Association, Scotland.

None. The hospice being established by the Children's Hospice Association Scotland will accept children from all parts of Scotland.
