To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether any non-governmental consultants currently assisting with Home Office market-testing exercises will in future be allowed to tender for any Home Office businesses.

Restrictions will be placed on consultants bidding for the service provision of a particular market test where they have undertaken work, connected with that particular business, either for the in-house bid team or the market testing unit.
