To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the training and enterprise councils in Wales taking part in the Government scheme to develop child care facilities for the over-fives.

1993–94 is the first year in which the new out of school child care grant will be available. Welsh training and enterprise councils were consulted about how the initiative should be developed in the first year., and agreed that the work should be co-ordinated by the Chwarae Teg/Fair Play consortium with five TECs participating: Gwent, South Glamorgan, Mid Glamorgan, West Wales and Powys. The remaining TECs will be able to take part in 1994–95.
