Mr. Richards
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the business parks that have been established in Wales in each year since 1987; which counties they are in; and if he will make a statement.
Mr. David Hunt
Comprehensive information is not held centrally. I understand, however, that since 1987 the following major sites, categorised as business parks, have been, or are being, established by the Welsh development agency and the Development Board for Rural Wales:
County | Site |
Clwyd | St. Asaph |
Northop | |
Warren Hall | |
Dyfed | Parc Teifi |
Gwent | Langstone Park |
Imperial Park | |
Cleppa Park | |
Gwynedd | Parc Menai |
Parc Eryri | |
Mid Glamorgan | Ynysyplwm |
South Glamorgan | Cardiff Gate |
West Glamorgan | Penllergaer |
Powys | Broadaxe |
Wye Valley | |
Woodlands |
