No. 2 Marsham street is a Crown freehold building. Estimated expenditure by my Department for its accommodation within the building in 1993–94 is £12·8 million. This figure is composed of internal rent and maintenance charges payable to Property Holdings and a contribution in lieu of rates payable to the Crown Property Unit.
