To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many applications for exemption under section 12(2) of the Immigration Control Ordinance (Gibraltar) the Governor of Gibraltar has received for each year since 1988; how many of these have been received from (a) EC nationals, (b) Moroccan and (c) Indian nationals over the same period; and how many applications have been rejected by nationality.

A total of 102 applications were received for exemption under section 12(2) of Gibraltar's Immigration Control Ordinance since 1988 to date broken down by year and nationality of applicant as follows:
