To ask the President of the Board of Trade (1) if he will list those local authorities in the Yorkshire region which have received RECHAR money over the past two years giving the amount given to each authority;(2) what is the value of RECHAR money allocated to the regions over the past two years.

Eleven United Kingdom RECHAR programmes which were approved in February 1992 and for which grant has to be committed by 31 December 1993. The allocations to these programmes, in 1992 prices are as follows:
