To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list for each of the main pension schemes and pension arrangements covering public sector employees (a) retirement ages for (i) men and (ii) women, (b) from what date widows' benefits are included, (c) the proportion of salary payable on retirement after full service and (d) the number of years' service which is treated as full service.

The information requested for the main public service pension schemes is as follows:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what guidance his Department has given to other Departments on the arrangements for the taxation of relocation expenses incurred by civil servants.

The Inland Revenue has explained to Departments the details of the Finance Bill provisions on relocation expenses and how they will work in practice.
