To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to her answer to the hon. Member for Liverpool, Mossley Hill (Mr. Alton) of 15 April, Official Report, column 672, how her Department defines crisis intervention accommodation.

There is no standard definition. It is for health and local authorities to provide appropriate accommodation for local crisis intervention services. This can include mental health centres, hostels and ordinary housing.
