To ask the President of the Board of Trade what steps he is taking to improve the ease of access to innovation support programmes by small and medium-sized enterprises.

Friend the President of the Board of Trade to my hon. Friend the Member for Elmet (Mr. Batiste) on 26 May, Official Report, columns 583–86.One-stop shops will play a key role in providing access for smaller and medium-sized businesses to innovation support both from my Department and from other organisations.
