Nineteen one-stop shops are due to open by the end of this year.

To ask the President of the Board of Trade what progress has been made on the one-stop shop initiative; and if he will make a statement.
Mr. McLoughlin
Good progress is being made by the six one-stop shop pilots, and they have now been joined by two more areas, Leicestershire and Shropshire. This will represent some 31 outlets in all.Further applications will be welcomed from other areas ready to achieve the high standards of the pilots. They will all be known as Business Links.
